New Routines

After reading The 4-Hour Body by Timothy Ferriss and listening to his seminars and watching the pilot of Trial by Fire, a show on The History Channel that I don't believe made it into constant production, I decided to implement his teaching and maybe improve my physical fitness and life expectancy. I truly enjoy the way Timothy writes and presents his books. All the experiments his conducted and information he's sought and found really makes me smile.

Anyway, I've started working out twice a week and keeping a super lose diet; the main thing I've been concentrating on diet-wise is eating 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up.
